With a combined 11 years experience in the industry we are ready and able to get you started on your health and fitness journey. Our approach is longevity! We work with women to gain strength, confidence and to achieve those health and fitness goals they have always wanted.

So wether the goal is weight loss, strength, endurance, lifestyle, injury prevention, post partum, shifting menopausal weight or gaining strength as we age. WE GOT YOU!

SMALL GROUP CLASSES


Our focus in the sessions is lifting heavy weights, working on form and getting strong!! This is why we are capping numbers at a maximum of 5 people so you get the quality coaching and more one on one feel.

Cost is $60.00 per week. T1his includes full app access with your programs and where all your progression will be tracked, and your 2 sessions per week. You will have access to your programs so on a session that might be missed you can still see the workout and get it done.
